Executive/ Sr. Executive, HR (FMCG Division)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist and develop Recruitment Policy and participate in recruitment & selection process;
  • Staffing of all departments as per Company requirements;
  • Assist in create and design Organizational Development Strategies;
  • Handling employee grievances and other personnel related issues;
  • Assist in development of strategic HR Policy, Procedures & Guidelines;
  • Prepare & supervise all HR-related letters such as appointment letters, letters of confirmation, letters for enhancement of designation and remuneration etc.
  • Prepare different report, presentations, organization charts & HR related analysis
  • Implement cost-effective compensation and benefits policies;
  • Establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per managements directives;
  • Facilitation and coordination of the performance review and employee development programs
  • Prepare quarterly and Yearly HR report;
  • Prepare quarterly and Yearly HR Budget;
  • Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters;
  • Protect interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations;
  • Mentor and guide leaders to manage their own performance and of their teams and create pipeline of potential leaders;
  • Training and development related processes to meet the ultimate goal of the organization;
  • Address the employee welfare and grievance related issues;
  • Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time;

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills; strong customer service orientation; strong abilities to work well in a team environment (cooperative and collaborative behavior);
    • Excellent written and spoken English;
    • Flexible to daily priorities changing and able to juggle many tasks and meet all deadlines in an accurate and timely manner;
    • Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
    • Strong organization skill;
    • Good interpersonal skills;
    • Well conversant with Employment Ordinance, Employees` Compensation and Tax regulations;
    • A broad understanding of all areas of Human Resources;
