Head of Human Resources (Manufacturing Facility)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the factory HR, Administration, and Compliance functions.
  • Ensuring all the regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Assist Factory Management to prepare and maintain yearly HR & Administrative budget.
  • Recruit, retain and maintain pool of talents in the organization as per business objective by ensuring recruitment and other related policies.
  • Ensure IR and employee relation issues are properly addressed, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended as per law of the land.
  • Implement various employee engagement initiative to keep workforce motivated and with high morale.
  • Ensure on time performance appraisal of employees.
  • Drive training and development activities for both management and non-management employees in line with training need.
  • Monitor, review and implement policies and practices related to employee welfare.
  • Maintain liaison with government and non-government organizations, and various local bodies for better functioning of the factory.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Work Experience:

  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):<

    Others Requirements:

    • Ability to create and revise procedures.
    • Sound knowledge about factory compliance, health & safety issue.
    • Experience in handling different buyer and social audit.
    • Good communication and leadership skill.
