Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the factory HR, Administration, and Compliance functions.
- Ensuring all the regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Assist Factory Management to prepare and maintain yearly HR & Administrative budget.
- Recruit, retain and maintain pool of talents in the organization as per business objective by ensuring recruitment and other related policies.
- Ensure IR and employee relation issues are properly addressed, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended as per law of the land.
- Implement various employee engagement initiative to keep workforce motivated and with high morale.
- Ensure on time performance appraisal of employees.
- Drive training and development activities for both management and non-management employees in line with training need.
- Monitor, review and implement policies and practices related to employee welfare.
- Maintain liaison with government and non-government organizations, and various local bodies for better functioning of the factory.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Work Experience:
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):<
Others Requirements:
- Ability to create and revise procedures.
- Sound knowledge about factory compliance, health & safety issue.
- Experience in handling different buyer and social audit.
- Good communication and leadership skill.
