Asst. Manager/Sr. Executive- Documentation and Certification (Ocean Going Vessel)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Keep tracking of Class/Flag related paper works in order to arrange survey schedule as per status and attend vessel during class survey/inspection.
  • Maintain International Safety Management (ISM) related paper works and filing of month end paper
  • Arrange and monitor all works regarding vessel safety & security equipment.
  • Maintain service record of Vsl. LSA and FFA
  • Handle Cargo Transfer Manifest (CTM) for onward delivery to the Master on board.
  • Check validity of certificates and requesting for survey under supervision of technical super or manager
  • Maintain proper managerial documentation for office DOC audit.
  • Assist to DPA/ADPA on updating the manuals.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Should have experienced on ship certification/worked in any classification society
  • Good command on writing and speaking in English
  • Should have good command in MS-Word, Excel, E-mail correspondences
  • Sound interpersonal skills
  • Should have work cross-functional working skill
