Roles & Responsibilities:
- Typically he will monitor plastic production department.
- Developing production schedule and duty assignments with control and implementation.
- Supervising and monitoring to production related subordinate to full fill production target.
- Manage human and materials resources to meet production target.
- Set and manage production budget.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, sales & marketing, distribution and management.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
- Ensure a clean and safety working environment, compliance with health and safety legislation for personnel safety.
- Develop new ways to use resources (Human, Material, Capital etc).
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical or Electrical
Work Experience:
- At least 12 year(s)
Others Requirements:
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
5 years to 7 years experience as Head of Production., Ability to Work Under Pressure, Business Development or Operation Management, FMCG Production, Furniture Industries, Prodcuction, Product specification of raw material, Production Management, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
