Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily sales & trade marketing activities.
  • Maintain administrative activities.
  • Enhance excellent trade relations with different traders and customers.
  • Implement organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
  • Forecast market demand and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure sustainable growth of own market share.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.

Work Experience:

  • At least 01 years

Others Requirements:

  • Freshers/ Candidates having 06 (Six) months of fieldwork experience in the FMCG Industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under stress and pressure.
  • Willingness to take responsibilities and challenges with commitment and honesty.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, hard-working, and willing to work anywhere in the country.
  • Positive mental attitude to work in sales and marketing of Cigarette, Bidi & Match.
