Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare territory sales budget and achieve sales target (customer and product wise)
- Initiate the proposal of credit customer and collect all relevant information required under the credit policy
- Identify overdue customer and seek help of Regional Sales Manager as soon as possible to strengthen collection efforts
- Encourage building of strong network in the segment of stockiest and retailers level
- Collect information on competitors product and activities and report to Regional Sales Manager
- Evaluate the key performance of team members on monthly basis
- Provide on the job training to field force and monitor their performance
- Any other task assigned by supervisor
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- B.Sc in Agriculture and B.Sc in Science Preferable.
- For experienced & competent candidates education & age may be relaxed.
Work Experience:
- At least 01 year
Others Requirements:
- Good understanding on agricultural sales profession.
- Ability to ride motorcycle with valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
