Manager (Training and Research)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing and Conducting training courses within the approved budget;
  • To organize and conduct Training, Orientation, workshop courses as per plan;
  • To conduct training sessions for staff and beneficiaries as per schedule;
  • To prepare of Training/ Orientation and workshop report and documentations;
  • Assist to prepare Training Module, Schedule, Materials, and Curriculum outline for staff and beneficiaries;
  • Assist in designing of Staffs and Beneficiaries training courses through TNA;
  • To prepare monthly, Quarterly and Annual Training plan and progress report;
  • Communication and Liaison with various programs, projects, and departments within the organization and outside;
  • Participate in Various training, meeting, workshop, and orientation as per the management decision of the organization;
  • Assist in developing annual Training plan and budget;
  • Assist in developing annual plan and budget of Training unit

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters Degree.

Work Experience:

  • At least 7 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Having 7 years working experience in the field of national/international training center/ institution at senior management level are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills.
  • Excellent written skills including the ability to write reports, procedures/manuals, and various training materials. Must be skilled in instructional design.
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
  • Creative ability to include appropriate design layout of presentation/training material.
  • Maximum 35 years (For more experienced candidates, the age limit will be relaxed)
