Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing and Conducting training courses within the approved budget;
- To organize and conduct Training, Orientation, workshop courses as per plan;
- To conduct training sessions for staff and beneficiaries as per schedule;
- To prepare of Training/ Orientation and workshop report and documentations;
- Assist to prepare Training Module, Schedule, Materials, and Curriculum outline for staff and beneficiaries;
- Assist in designing of Staffs and Beneficiaries training courses through TNA;
- To prepare monthly, Quarterly and Annual Training plan and progress report;
- Communication and Liaison with various programs, projects, and departments within the organization and outside;
- Participate in Various training, meeting, workshop, and orientation as per the management decision of the organization;
- Assist in developing annual Training plan and budget;
- Assist in developing annual plan and budget of Training unit
Educational Qualification:
- Masters Degree.
Work Experience:
- At least 7 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Having 7 years working experience in the field of national/international training center/ institution at senior management level are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer skills in MS Office.
- Exceptional facilitation skills.
- Excellent written skills including the ability to write reports, procedures/manuals, and various training materials. Must be skilled in instructional design.
- Ability to work independently and/or as a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
- Creative ability to include appropriate design layout of presentation/training material.
- Maximum 35 years (For more experienced candidates, the age limit will be relaxed)
