Roles & Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the entire activities of Legal Department.
- Providing variety of transactional and documentation support on legal issues in the business activities
- To be responsible for providing legal opinion and legal vetting of charge / legal documents.
- To be responsible for preparing various kinds of legal agreement i.e. MOU, DOA, POA etc.
- Interact with Advisor in handling disputes, litigation, governmental queries, statutory compliances, etc.
- Handling internal control systems (legal audit) to ensure that the set quality standards are maintained and duly observed in the preparation, closure and administration of agreements.
- Updating management with relevant legal updates impacting the groups business.
- Handling in-depth, Contracts law, Transfer of Property Act and Rent Act; litigation
- To be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, corporate and real estate issues.
- Appear before the Court in respect of any issue in favor of company
- Drafting legal documents of all kinds
Educational Qualification:
- LL.M from any reputed University approved by UGC.
Work Experience:
- At least 14 year(s)

- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good communication and liaison skills are mandatory.
- Willing to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
- Able to cope with constant changes.
