Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and administer all factory transport account-related activities.
- Maintain & record all transport service revenue generated by providing service to different sister concerns of the group in ERP software
- Maintain petty cash expenses and ensure regularity by preparing bank reconciliation to provide payments on time
- Ensure all bills, vouchers are recorded & posted on ERP software properly & timely.
- Prepare monthly salary sheet, Overtime, Dearness Allowance, IOU adjustment, etc. and make payment/adjustment accordingly.
- Prepare different kinds of financial reports on monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
- Prepare repair & maintenance cost analysis report and do variance analysis.
- Supervise department’s other junior staffs activities
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/Masters (Major in Accounting/ Finance) with CA (CC)/ CMA (Part Qualified)
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Others Requirements:
- Good user in Microsoft office and Accounting software i.e. ERP
- Practical knowledge in IAS(International Accounting System)/ IFRS (International Financial Reporting System), Company Act, Vat & Tax and Accounting Principles
- Sound Interpersonal Skill
- Ability to manage and collaborate with team
