Manager- Accounts (Factory Complex)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and administer all factory transport account-related activities.
  • Maintain & record all transport service revenue generated by providing service to different sister concerns of the group in ERP software
  • Maintain petty cash expenses and ensure regularity by preparing bank reconciliation to provide payments on time
  • Ensure all bills, vouchers are recorded & posted on ERP software properly & timely.
  • Prepare monthly salary sheet, Overtime, Dearness Allowance, IOU adjustment, etc. and make payment/adjustment accordingly.
  • Prepare different kinds of financial reports on monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
  • Prepare repair & maintenance cost analysis report and do variance analysis.
  • Supervise department’s other junior staffs activities

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA/Masters (Major in Accounting/ Finance) with CA (CC)/ CMA (Part Qualified)

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Good user in Microsoft office and Accounting software i.e. ERP
    • Practical knowledge in IAS(International Accounting System)/ IFRS (International Financial Reporting System), Company Act, Vat & Tax and Accounting Principles
    • Sound Interpersonal Skill
    • Ability to manage and collaborate with team
