Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure Territory sales target and Evaluate agent & dealer performance;
- Collect regular market feedback;
- Build strong network in the segment of traders and end users;
- Ensure efficient and effective credit management;
- Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective;
- Accomplish any other job assigned by the supervisor.
- Preparing sales budget, credit recovery plan, promotions plan.
- Building relationship with both customer & employee.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- B.Sc Engineer & Diploma are discouraged to apply
Work Experience:
- Not Mandatory
Others Requirements:
- Experience in Crop Protection/Pesticide/Seeds division will get Preference.
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Communication Skill;
- Negotiation Skill etc.
