Sales Executive (Agro & Seeds Business)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Territory sales target and Evaluate agent & dealer performance;
  • Collect regular market feedback;
  • Build strong network in the segment of traders and end users;
  • Ensure efficient and effective credit management;
  • Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective;
  • Accomplish any other job assigned by the supervisor.
  • Preparing sales budget, credit recovery plan, promotions plan.
  • Building relationship with both customer & employee.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • B.Sc Engineer & Diploma are discouraged to apply

Work Experience:

  • Not Mandatory

Others Requirements:

  • Experience in Crop Protection/Pesticide/Seeds division will get Preference.
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Communication Skill;
  • Negotiation Skill etc.
