Deputy Manager, Partnership & Branding Department

Roles & Responsibilities:

I. Strategy: 30%

  • Build the strategy and roadmap, and secure stakeholder support, to implement initiatives that will successfully scale the brand partnerships business model and achieve growth targets, with a focus on next generation JAAGO’s vision and mission;
  • Make strategic recommendations and secure stakeholder support to develop efficiencies in campaign delivery that serve to standardize lower tier partnerships;
  • Identify and embed next innovative ideas in order to scale the brand partnerships program;
  • Creation and reporting of the analytics dashboard to support accurate campaign reporting;
  • Leverage campaign performance insights and develop effective action plans to identify and capture business opportunities in order to further optimize growth and secure stakeholder engagement.

II. Business Operation: 50%

  • Responsible for 360 degree planning, implementation and monitoring of campaigns and events;
  • Responsible for bringing in new innovative partnership ideas and secure stakeholder support as per the need of the organization;
  • Responsible for day to day delivery and budget management of the brand partnerships revenue and profit margin targets;
  • Maintain liaison with the exiting partners and bring in ideas on the table for sustainable partnership;
  • Manage pipeline of brand partnerships contributions by brand and identify new potential brand partners, including through new categories;
  • Collaborate with the internal departments to identify opportunities to streamline the onboarding of brand partners in order to establish automated contributions;
  • Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure all related processes are compliant, including but not limited to revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable.

III. Leadership: 20%

  • Work with the Senior Manager to implement solutions to create a transparent; collaborative and productive work environment;
  • Work with Senior Manager to establish the Resource Plan for the team;
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager to achieve the short term objectives for the department;
  • Actively participate in building an atmosphere of openness, honesty, respect, and collaboration across the Marketing department.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation in Economics / Business Administration, candidates with MBA degree will get preference.

Work Experience:

  • At least 4 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in 360 degree campaign planning and corporate partnership.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, pitching
  • A high level of creativity and innovation.
  • Business management skills.
