Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Have to type official letter & other documents in Bangla & English.
  • Check official mail and inform concern department
  • Communicate with all branches, note down their issues and convey to the concern department.
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
  • Oversee the front office operations and maintain the contact list of clients.
  • Ensure proper checking procedure & Materials during entrance to and exit from office premises.
  • Assist to ensure of Dress Code, Working Environment as per Company Culture and set rules.
  • To ensure Clean, Safe and Hygienic Office environment.
  • Monitor Driver, Vehicle, Log Book as per set rules.
  • Arrange and Update Files and other document

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
    • Customer relationship management.
    • Strong knowledge on MS Office package.
    • Sound knowledge on English and Bangla both in written & verbal.
    • Experience in PABX operations
