Roles & Responsibilities:
- To maintain the schedule of Honorable Chairman and ensure all appointments and meeting updates.
- To coordinate with all Business Heads for various assignment advised by Chairman.
- Receive Chairmans phone call when needed and update him about his task schedule.
- To check every day letter and email of Chairmans Office.
- To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the Chairmans meeting and any other relevant meetings.
- To follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the Chairman.
- Receive dictation from Chairman and doing the required correspondence.
- Making liaison with Government and non-Government offices for official purpose.
- Organize and coordinate with travel service management including visa documentation processing, airline ticketing, hotel accommodation, Transport etc.
- Compile different reports, summarize and submit to Chairman as per requirement.
- Preserve all important papers, documents and records of Chairmans office.
- To maintain database on different information, reports, address, contact number etc.
- The flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role and meet the business needs.
- Execution of all other official assignments given by the Chairman.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Personal Secretary, Proficiency in MS Office (Bangla writing)
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
