Personal Secretary to Chairman

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To maintain the schedule of Honorable Chairman and ensure all appointments and meeting updates.
  • To coordinate with all Business Heads for various assignment advised by Chairman.
  • Receive Chairmans phone call when needed and update him about his task schedule.
  • To check every day letter and email of Chairmans Office.
  • To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the Chairmans meeting and any other relevant meetings.
  • To follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Receive dictation from Chairman and doing the required correspondence.
  • Making liaison with Government and non-Government offices for official purpose.
  • Organize and coordinate with travel service management including visa documentation processing, airline ticketing, hotel accommodation, Transport etc.
  • Compile different reports, summarize and submit to Chairman as per requirement.
  • Preserve all important papers, documents and records of Chairmans office.
  • To maintain database on different information, reports, address, contact number etc.
  • The flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role and meet the business needs.
  • Execution of all other official assignments given by the Chairman.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Personal Secretary, Proficiency in MS Office (Bangla writing)

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
