- Customer reception and handling. Receive & make calls to the customers. Handle customer queries/complains instantly.
- Maintain good relationship with customer and provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and collect customers feedback.
- Administrative duties of branches as instructed by Branch Manager
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
- Customer relationship management.
- Sound knowledge on MS Office package.
- Sound knowledge on English and Bangla both in written & verbal.
- Experience in PABX operations
