Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customer reception and handling. Receive & make calls to the customers. Handle customer queries/complains instantly.
  • Maintain good relationship with customer and provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and collect customers feedback.
  • Administrative duties of branches as instructed by Branch Manager

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Sound knowledge on MS Office package.
  • Sound knowledge on English and Bangla both in written & verbal.
  • Experience in PABX operations
