Roles & Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents (i.e. GD, FIR, Complaint, Written Statement, Agreement, Contract, and MoU) and provide a legal opinion on criminal and civil matters.
- Maintain liaison with Court officials, Law enforcing agencies and other Govt. officials to provide appropriate legal services.
- Maintain and archive necessary Legal documents, files and registers.
- Must have analytical ability on land documents.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Banking law, Company Law, Criminal Law, Labor Law, Land Law, Tax Law
- Skills to conduct legal research, analyze issues and prepare/review drafts of legal documents, ensuring that they meet legal requirements and deadlines.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Law Firm or any other reputed company
- Keeping track of legal issues and cases.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Law (LLM)
Work Experience:
- At least 8 year(s)
