Senior Manager, MIS and Regulatory Reporting

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead MIS & Regulatory reporting, Business analytics function from technology.
  • Consulting with management and relevant stakeholders to define goals.
  • Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
  • Providing reports through office applications to improve business processes
  • Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the companys mission
  • Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation
  • Researching, developing and implementing data-gathering methods.
  • Analyzing and synthesizing data.
  • Reporting back on your findings and suggesting solutions.
  • Collaborating with coworkers and management to implement improvements.
  • Analyze customer requirement , transfer requirement into technical solutions
  • Hands on experience on data analytics tools.
  • Design, develop database scripting /query in SQL server /Oracle Data. Analyze software for technical and function problem and bug fix
  • Solid understanding on Regulatory & MIS Reporting such as CL, SBS 2, loan, STR , CTR deposit and trade operations etc.
  • Solid experience on Jasper & BIRT reporting tools.
  • Develop scalable and effective source code that meets business requirement including application security as per Bank Security Standards.
  • Responsible for software support, defect analysis and fixation, implementation, training to user, support on live projects.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) from a reputed university.

Work Experience:

  • 8 to 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years solid experience in MIS and regulatory reporting and business analytics in financial domain.
  • Depth knowledge on CORE Banking application is highly required.
  • Strong leadership skill and stakeholder management.
  • Able to drive delivery and remove road blocker.
  • Proactive risk management and positive thinking.
  • Proven track record in manage complex and large software development program and project. Experience in handling Manage Service Development in banking domain.
  • Vast knowledge on report development
  • Able to work under pressure, problem solving & team playing attitude.
  • Proactive, passionate and go getter attitude.
  • Extrovert personality with good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Honest and carries high personal integrity.
  • Self-propelled, ability to work in a team and capability to meet agreed on deadlines
