Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for General Services functions i.e. ensuring infrastructure of the premises including office furniture, equipment & machinery, electro-mechanical items, vehicles, support and sub-staff.
- Ensuring facilities management along with safety and security of all the premises including head office, branches, sub-branches, ATM booths and service desks.
- Expansion, renovation and relocation of premises facilities.
- General procurement for the bank as per procurement policy.
- Maintaining relationship with suppliers by negotiation and ensuring cost excellence.
- Working with different divisions to develop their annual requirement and procurement plan.
- Maintaining tendering process and prepare purchase requisitions, arrange approval and issues work orders as per the procurement policy of the bank.
- Performing vendor/supplier enlistment, vendor performance evaluation & follow-up. Sourcing and developing new vendors.
- Maintain vendor database, enlist new vendors and renew expired vendors according to proper policy and maintaining liaison with the divisions.
- Maintaining logistics of the bank and ensuring proper vehicle and fleet management.
- Perform all kind of licensing and renewal tasks for the Bank.
- Fixed Asset Management and insurance.
- Ensuring compliance in all areas.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/Masters in any discipline from reputed University. No Third Division in academic records.
Work Experience:
- At least 8 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 8 (Eight) years working experience in Banks/Financial Institutions.
- Minimum 3 (Three) years working experience as Head of GSD or second line in GSD is a must.
- Knowledge, Competencies & skills:
- Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
- Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
- Very good skills in MS Office
