Roles & Responsibilities:

• To Actively involve with Designing, Sample Development, Film Output, Production Planning & Supervision of Decal Printing.
• Will be responsible for color Preparation, Color Separation, Overall Screen Printing Process Control & Quality Control.
• To create digital Art Work of Porcelain & Bone China Tableware, Logo etc.
• To do the production planning as well as gold & silver estimation.
• To ensure the overall process control of Screen Printing.
• To Control the Overall New Product Development
• To Run the entire Decal Section

Educational Qualification:

• Candidate should have Diploma in any discipline
• Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidate.
• Skills Required: 2d 3D Design, Ceramic Tableware Designing, Color Separations, Digital Art Work, Graphics Designing, Screen Printing

Work Experience:

• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):<

  Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of practical experience in similar field.
  • Must have the Excellent Computer Skill ( MS Office, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop etc.)
  • Applicant should have excellent practical knowledge about Ceramics (Porcelain/Bone China) Tableware Production process.
  • Proven knowledge in Designing (2D/3D), Color Separations & Screen Printing
  • Pro-active, team player, self-motivated and result driven
  • Excellent communication skill in both written and speaking in English
  • Ability to identify problem and find solution
  • Have good leadership ability to take all over the responsibility Decal Section.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Able to work under pressure.
