Assistant Manager, R&D and QC

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Represent Product Quality in product experiment teams. Work with quality & control engineers to develop & execute plans and requirements to ensure provisions for quality are addressed and resolved prior to release of the product.
  • Participate in the Advanced Product Quality Planning activities to determine appropriate use of existing and new measurement systems during product testing or process design and startup. Recommend changes to processes based upon findings and perform follow up to verify effectiveness.
  • Coordinate pre-launch production trial run process monitoring (Sample test) & Participate in the development of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and make recommendation to the supply chain management prior to the order preparation.
  • The preparation of the companies QC booklet and supervision of all amendments and revisions & Control and the distribution of all the product quality documentation in well-organized written format.
  • Verify companys product quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor through proper documentation & Coordination of vendor quality approvals when required.
  • Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased from vendor.
  • Review supplier inspection procedures and personnel qualifications & material certificates.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the certified quality management system & cost effective strategies that meeting the organization needs.
  • Effectively instructs associates at all performance levels and enjoys helping team members grow, sharing authority and providing resources and support that empower. Offers clear, direct, and timely feedback.
  • Identifies and solves problems, develops innovative solutions, acts decisively, and shows good judgment.
  • Maintains appropriate focus on short and long term goals. Motivated by achievement, and persists until goals are reached, conveying a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional work groups including suppliers, customers and associated, both verbally and in writing. Excellent at English in listening, writing, and talking skills.
  • Regularly interact with all levels of companys customers and prospects if needed

Educational Qualification:

  • BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BUET/KUET/RUET/CUET/DUET/ reputed public & private universities.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5-7 years experience on managing at manufacturing industry

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants must have experienced in the following area(s):Product Certification, Familiar on LED Light Testing Machineries/Q&C etc.
  • The applicants should have experienced in the following business area(s):Electronics Manufacturing, Product Development, Advance Product Quality Planning.
