Roles & Responsibilities:

  • SR Sales Target Assignment and Achievement, Delivery Routing Planning and Management.
  • New Store Acquisition Planning and Achievement Along with Cluster Market Mapping and Growth Implementation.
  • Team Coordination: DSR And SR, SR/DSR Performance Oversee and Improvement
  • Any Type Of QC/Delivery/Accounting-Related Issue-Solving on The Go in The Zones and All Types of Sales-Related Reporting.
  • Create, Manage and Coordinate Sales Campaigns Zone-Wise.
  • Find Identify Top Customers and Nurture Directly.
  • Must Take Ownership and Ready to Work Extra Hours If Needed.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Communication, Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Good command of both verbal and written English, Google docs, leadership and negotiation

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Fruit Sales, Sales & Marketing
