Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and achieve sale of roof top project in line with Companys Business Plan.
- Work as the FPR for roof top sales maintaining required coordination and execution of the associated activities.
- Ensure year to year market growth to maintain leadership in the market.
- Establish and practice key account management approach.
- Work actively to establish companys brand in corporate market.
- Payment collection as per agreed time frame to ensure proper cash flow.
- Tracking competition (strategies & activities) and recommending necessary measures.
- Analyze and report sales performance with recommendation for improvement.
- Provide support in new product sourcing as per customers requirement.
- Implement internal process in line with QMS and other necessary statutory requirements.
- Design the solar system as per customer requirement.
- Validate the existing or future electrical and civil design & business case.
- Timely delivery of project implementation as per approved design & business case.
- Frequent field visit for implementation and monitoring of projects.
- Prepare on site project reports with photographs ( initiation, execution and closing phase)
- Documentation and on site delivery processing.
- Work closely with site supervisors and cross functional team member for better performance.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Educational Qualification:
- B. Sc in EEE from any reputed university with MBA and Project management certification preferred
- Preferred Professional Certification: Project Management
- Skills Required: Corporate Sales, Excellent communication skill, Industrial Sales,
Work Experience:
- At least 8 year(s)
