Territory Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve pre-defined sales target.
  • Monitor the activities of Field Officers and Distributors.
  • Ensure day to day troubleshooting of the market along with sales representatives.
  • Ensure 100% realization of the receivables / credit of primary sales on time.
  • Prepare and keep updated party list of the territory.
  • Prepare different types of report as and when required by the management.
  • Check accurately TA & DA bills of the Field Officers.
  • Train the Representatives for improving their product knowledge and professional skill.
  • Ensure minimum 80% productivity of the coverage route wise.
  • Implement the merchandising activities by the Sales representatives in the market place.
  • Ensure the implementation of the company policy in the market place.
  • Ensure necessary communication upward (management) and downward (Field Officer/ Distributor/Dealer/ Party).

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation
  • Skills Required: Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, FMCG Sales & Marketing

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Sa

    Others Requirements:

    • Age 27 to 35 years
    • In depth knowledge about sales, distributorship, dealership, product replacement, customer service, outlet route & territory.
    • Experience in Light/ Electrical Accessories/ Fan/ Tissue sales will get preference
