Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strictly follow up of production Time and action calendar.
• Execution of sourcing trims / accessories and do follow up with supplier for the raw material as per TNA.
• Conduct PP meeting with quality, production, finishing and other related team for on time shipments.
• Collect packing list & coordination with commercial department for forwarding the approved shipment.
• Ensure quality execution of orders up to ship the goods maintaining effective TNA;
• Assist the local procurement team to source trims/accessories as required maintaining the standard;
• Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
• Follow up the shade band as well as bulk wash.
• Check the PO details with development team.
• Keeping track of style status and updating the same to top management as required.
• Prepares production file with details documents, approvals, and samples for bulk production.
• Any other task assign by the management.

Educational Qualification:

• Masters degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

• 5 to 7 year(s)

  • Strong communication in English.
  • Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
  • Possess the high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
  • Computer knowledge in E-mail, Word, and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
  • Must have teamwork and cooperation mentality.
