Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance a companys brand or reputation in the publics eyes.
- Coordinate objectives with marketing, creative, and advertising agency.
- Analyze and support both category and cluster marketing plans to align with brand strategy and
- Achieve annual operating plan goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
- Prepare Event calendar, proposal and budget in coordination with sales Team.
- Organize Seminars, Event, Promotional Activities etc. ensuring effective engagement with the target group.
- Propose POSM items & other outdoor advertisements to meet expected outcome from target markets of assigned region/ division.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Fine Arts, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Skills Required: Brand Promotion, Content Developer, Creative content writing
Work Experience:
- 1 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role/ Excellent communication skills both Bengali and English/ strong organizational and time management abilities/ Creativity and commercial awareness/ Ability to handle pressure/ work meet deadline/ travel frequently/ age 25 to 30
