Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling, Material, Installation & Commissioning, Calibration, etc.
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects of various vendors.
• Monitoring project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the task.
• Performing quality control tasks, schedules, plans, and reporting on the projects status.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Developing specifications for the needed equipment.
• Maintenance, trouble shooting of power plants.
• Ensure proper schedule maintenance and other of plant machinery carried out in time.
• Maintain proper documentation process for machinery maintenance.
• Plan with the Plant Manager regarding upcoming maintenance and raise spare requisition for that.
• Ensure work place safety, procedure and checklist followed for any job.
• Follow company policy, security and cost effectiveness.
• Any other task as assigned by management.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering
• Skills Required: Electrical Engineering, Excellent Reporting Skill, Team Leading

Work Experience:

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Others Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities
  • Strong analytical skills and Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written in English & Bengali and Report Writing.
  • Knowledge of Auto CAD
  • Handy in MS Office application, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
