Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience to make all types of ladies pattern
• Cutting, sewing experience as well.
• Drawing patterns as per the size chart.
• Must identify and correct pattern problems rapidly and efficiently.
• Cutting fabric as per pattern/grading, construction and sewing operations too.
• Closely work with the management team and will be responsible for samples.
• To develop the pattern for the new style from development till final sample approval.
• To manage the cutting and pattern section interdependently.
• Must submit the cutting and pattern report to the respective person for approval.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Cad Pattern Master

Work Experience:

• At least 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Others Requirements:

  • Both woven and knit experienced candidates will be given an advantage.
  • Should have sound knowledge on product consumption, size range etc.
  • Willing to work under pressure.
  • Should be a dynamic and quick learner.
  • Can communicate in English.
