Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Designing advertisements, brochures, logos, magazine covers, signs, stickers, tee shirts, web pages, and other branding and communication materials.
  • Product data management - ensure that all product data are on the company website with appropriate images, descriptions, product detail, and prices.
  • Ensure that products are merchandised while ensuring that products are simple to find, but yet maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Ensure objective-based marketing with proper trend analysis.
  • Maintain a good system/ database to keep the clients details for future reference.
  • Utilize Market Research through Marketing Analytics to understand customer needs and pinpoints industry megatrends.
  • Submit regular market survey reports to Management and assist in preparing strategies to overcome every changed circumstance.
  • Plan & implement seasonal campaign (Design, executive, follow-up objective oriented campaign).
  • Ensure that all the back-end office work is done to maximize merchandising opportunities (such as attribute compilation for onsite filtering purposes).
  • Online sales budget control and forecasting - identify and report on trends in trading performance and develop sales forecasts for peak trading periods.
  • Monitor and measure site performance, while using this to make recommendations and improve performance.
  • Optimize the website customer experience/journey, feeding into decisions on content, functionality, and layout across the site. Identify enhancements and issues.
  • Keep self-communication with existing clients of the company and coordinate with customer services for any requirements and keep customers satisfied.
  • Manage site navigation, search, categories, filters, and product placement by setting merchandising.
  • Liaise with warehouse and showrooms to achieve quality and on-time delivery metrics ensuring commitments for functionality.
  • Maintain smooth & prompt communication with clients, parties, customers over mobile/ email communications and manage their feedback, queries & complaints to retain existing business and increase sales volume.
  • Building and configuring Magento 2x eCommerce website.
  • Managing the external eCommerce channels.
  • Work with process automation using various methods like API.
  • Maintain smooth, resourceful, and authentic communication with inter-organizational R&D, Logistic, Service, Accounts, Delivery, Audit, HR & Admin, and cross-functional team members.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the reporting hierarchy & management

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline,Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • BSc in CSE will be preferred.
  • Training/Trade Course: Digital Marketing,Graphic Design,Web Development
  • Skills Required: Ability to work collaboratively with cross function,Analytical Skill,Communication,Leadership,Managing a team,Microsoft Excel,Trend Analysis

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)
