Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare organogram for all different departments of Head Office & Factories.
  • Prepare Job Description of all Management positions of Head Office & Factories.
  • Support the Senior HR team members in the delivery of Ha-Meem Groups OD Strategy and on improvement initiatives linking together people, process and systems.
  • Support the delivery of culture change projects to build on employee and organizational performance across the business.
  • Identify and recommend areas of improvement in OD activities, services and policies.
  • Write, review and develop Organizational Development Policies and Procedures to ensure they are relevant, up to date and reflective of best practice
  • Provide ideas and assist with the development and implementation of organizational development / strategic OD and Business Improvement policy and programs.
  • Manage annual staff surveys to measure staff morale and organization climate, then develop and implement effective strategies. Study the labor market and wage trends, various relevant Government labor legislation.
  • Manage the Settlement and Employee Relations process in close partnership with the in house Legal Department.
  • Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development.
  • Assists HR Business Partners and line managers in the compensation area (pay-mix training, settlement, maternity payment etc.)
  • Design, implement and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
  • Review processes and policies and make proposals for improvement as necessary.

Educational Qualification:

  • Post Graduation/Masters/ MBA major in HRM or LLB from any reputed Public/Private University.
  • Must have a good academic result.
  • PGD HR (if any)

  • 1 to 3 year(s)

    Others Requirements:

    • Good command in MS Word, Excel & Power Point Presentation.
    • Sound Knowledge on Bangladesh labor law.
    • Good communication skill on both Bangla & English.
