Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Using a variety of methodologies to achieve an engaging learning environment
  • Developing learning materials that are well communicated, clear and aligned with module syllabus
  • Setting homework to further develop learning
  • Incorporating both theory and practical elements into classes
  • Monitoring student performance and providing constructive, useful feedback to facilitate improvement
  • Carrying out intervention with students as and when required
  • Coaching and advising when necessary
  • Marking and moderating assessments
  • Integrating media and IT into the delivery of classes to accommodate the needs of todays young learners
  • Carrying out formative and summative assessment that is fair, unbiased and effective
  • Maintaining discipline through effective classroom management
  • Carry out teaching tasks in a sustainable manner
  • Maintaining a clean, safe study environment for students

Educational Qualification:

  • CELTA
  • Bachelors Degree

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • At least 1 Year full time English Teaching Experience
