Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic HR policy, procedures and guidelines in compliance with local laws and regulations and ensure its implementation.
- Deal with local community, authority and government reguators.
- Face social compliance audit from local and government authority.
- Plan, communicate and implement corrective action plans.
- Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
- Human resource planning.
- Ensure employees health-hygiene, safety and welfare.
- Ensure effective and efficient functioning of all HR functions including recruitment, training & development, performance appraisal, compensation, industrial relationship,
- Ensure welfare, work environment safety and compliance etc
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM will be preferable
- Adequate professional degree and training also will be preferable
- Skills Required: General Administration, General HR, Labor Law, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Microsoft Office Applications, Report Writing, Training & Development

- 8 to 10 year(s)
