Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic HR policy, procedures and guidelines in compliance with local laws and regulations and ensure its implementation.
  • Deal with local community, authority and government reguators.
  • Face social compliance audit from local and government authority.
  • Plan, communicate and implement corrective action plans.
  • Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
  • Human resource planning.
  • Ensure employees health-hygiene, safety and welfare.
  • Ensure effective and efficient functioning of all HR functions including recruitment, training & development, performance appraisal, compensation, industrial relationship,
  • Ensure welfare, work environment safety and compliance etc

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM will be preferable
  • Adequate professional degree and training also will be preferable
  • Skills Required: General Administration, General HR, Labor Law, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Microsoft Office Applications, Report Writing, Training & Development

  • 8 to 10 year(s)

    • Proficiency in MS office, including: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc
