Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To support & ensure General HR activities.
  • To help training and development process.
  • Ensure employee attendance management and help leave management process.
  • To help probation management process, rewards and punishment process.
  • Ensure performance management process, compensation and benefits process on time.
  • Ensure related administrative tasks.
  • Employee counseling & motivation as well as develop & implement KPI-based performance appraisal system.
  • Monitoring and developing performance appraisals throughout the year.
  • Completing employee exit, clearance, turnover management and ensuring final settlement.
  • Conducting departmental meetings, preparing meeting minutes and providing desk service & maintain employee relations.
  • Various Bill justification & approval.
  • Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, profit share, and insurance benefits disbursement process.

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed University
  • PGDHRM will get preference

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Pro-active, Tech-savvy, Self-motivated, Enthusiastic and Career-oriented
  • Good communication and Strong presentation skills
  • Have adequate knowledge of labor act & rules as well as related compliance standards.
