Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partnering with different departments to conduct headcount planning
- Sourcing and evaluating candidates against current and future headcounts
- Assisting in Talent mapping (across industries) for business-critical positions
- Planning and executing assessments and interview sessions
- Planning & organizing Employer Branding initiatives throughout the year
- Administering monthly payroll and tax calculations for management employees
- Maintaining and updating employee personal files and HRIS data
- Providing HR services like NOC, salary certificate etc. for all employees
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Operations, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection
- Has to to good is MS Office Packages (Excel/PowerPoint)
