Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with different departments to conduct headcount planning
  • Sourcing and evaluating candidates against current and future headcounts
  • Assisting in Talent mapping (across industries) for business-critical positions
  • Planning and executing assessments and interview sessions
  • Planning & organizing Employer Branding initiatives throughout the year
  • Administering monthly payroll and tax calculations for management employees
  • Maintaining and updating employee personal files and HRIS data
  • Providing HR services like NOC, salary certificate etc. for all employees

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Operations, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection
  • Has to to good is MS Office Packages (Excel/PowerPoint)
