Roles & Responsibilities:
- Focus on recruitment activities
- Focus on preparing the Job Description for different positions.
- Job posting, Screening of applications, scheduling interviews, maintaining interview records.
- Collect all the personal information needed and make sure that every new employee signs an employment contract, a job description, and the mission, vision, and values of the organization before working.
- Prepare ID cards for newly joined staffs
- Staff personal files maintenance activities:
- Prepare personal files for the employees and keeping all the employee files in proper order
- Able to work with HRIS software.
- Process all leaves, salary, overtime, and salary advances, etc.
- Monitoring daily attendance, Leave, Absent, Late, Early Leave etc.
- Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR documents in an efficient, timely, orderly, and confidential manner.
- Organize and maintain HR & Compliance databases accordingly and regularly.
- Generate reports as per need under the guidance of the departments supervisor.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of all information at all times
- Attendance and Leave Management.
- Arranging different Training Programs.
- Monitor the employee Performance Management system, KPI, and process with an aim to ensure that employees understand how their assigned tasks and responsibilities contribute to the organizations mission and objectives and are given clear performance expectations.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Studies (MBS)
- Bachelor of Business Studies in Management or related any subject. Masters of Business Studies (MBS) in Management or related any subject.
Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 year(s)
