Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting capacity study, method study, production study, Time Study, line balancing etc.
• Identify and minimize the bottle neck areas, co-ordinate with seniors
• Balance the line to ensure minimum work in progress (WIP)
• Monitor workers performance; Operators skill test & skill matrix preparation
• Hourly Individual Target/production monitoring and take necessary action
• Lost time recording(NPT), Efficiency Calculation, Problem Study, Develop Productivity
• Non-productive time calculation.
• Input in-hand, WIP, change over time monitoring
• Closely work with the production floor/ line management
• Report to the superiors daily

Educational Qualification:

• Must be a graduate preferably from Industrial Engineering or Diploma in Textile

Work Experience:

• At most 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Others Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Ms-Word, Ms-Excel
  • Ability to work for longer period in production floor
  • Hard Working, Patience
