Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers with appropriate manners & courtesy.
- Identify patient correctly by name, Patient ID and age/Date of birth.
- Make liaison with corporate clients for smooth transaction time to time and give feedback to the authority.
- Inform the patient about the amount due; process the transaction in appropriate manner.
- Prepare invoices for registration, consultation, investigations.
- Listen to the patient queries / complaint and address the issue by him self/her self.
- Perform any other reasonable task that may be assigned to them by supervisor/Authority from time to time.
- Answering and forwarding phone calls (internal and external) with basic and perfect information
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree from any reputed University. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Work Experience:
- At least 01 year
Others Requirements:
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication skill
- Smart and pleasant looking, sound health and clear voice,
- Good command over Bangla and English,
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels
