Executive - Customer Care (Hospital)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers with appropriate manners & courtesy.
  • Identify patient correctly by name, Patient ID and age/Date of birth.
  • Make liaison with corporate clients for smooth transaction time to time and give feedback to the authority.
  • Inform the patient about the amount due; process the transaction in appropriate manner.
  • Prepare invoices for registration, consultation, investigations.
  • Listen to the patient queries / complaint and address the issue by him self/her self.
  • Perform any other reasonable task that may be assigned to them by supervisor/Authority from time to time.
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls (internal and external) with basic and perfect information

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree from any reputed University. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Work Experience:

  • At least 01 year

Others Requirements:

  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong communication skill
  • Smart and pleasant looking, sound health and clear voice,
  • Good command over Bangla and English,
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels
