Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing programs to create and maintain a positive image of the corporation to the external public.
- Act as company spokesperson and build sustainable relationships with external stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining effective networks, enhancing relationships on behalf of ShopUp with key stakeholders.
- Assist in securing enrolments in government agencies and regulatory bodies
- Managing the development and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
- Implementing various approvals of the board, members, government and such other authorities.
- Drafting reply to the notices/letters issued by various authorities as and when the requirement arises, in coordination with reporting authority.
- Drafting various agreements, MOU, deeds and arrangements as may be required.
- Maintaining a sound and current understanding of government processes, as well as an understanding of funding and relationship history, new funding policies.
- Maintaining a list of government representatives & overseeing the response to any ministerial request.
- Promoting ShopUp to the local and wider communities a commitment to work as an effective team member.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Bachelors / Masters Degree from any reputed university. Qualification in public relations and/or marketing will be preferred.
Work Experience:
- 1 to 2 year(s)
