Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead entire QC dept.
• Assure quality of construction works and materials.
• Daily project visit is essential to ensure quality works and materials.
• Help project engineers & site supervisors to attain quality projects & quality works.
• Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams.
• Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.
• Monitor all quality-related activities on the project.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• From reputed Public University

Work Experience:

• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):<

  Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position and at least 10 years of experience with reputed Real Estate companies.
  • Experience of high rise projects preferably with basements will be considered as an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination & proactive attitude, especially with project engineers.
  • Clear perception about the quality of construction works.
