Assistant Manager - Land Procurement

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To deal with the landowner to acquire land, visit landowner place and prepare detail joint venture proposal.
  • Land information collects from the Land Media, collect the land document and check them through Legal Department.
  • Market survey, market feasibility, cost preparation and report writing.
  • Negotiate with the landowner, agreement and power of attorney drafting.
  • Coordinate with architect and landowner regarding Design development, and coordinate with project operation and landowner regarding Construction Planning.
  • Maintain departmental coordination up to the project handover, coordinate both with self and other departments.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 8 year(s)

Others Requirements:

    Purchase/ Procurement
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Developer, Real Estate
