Roles & Responsibilities:
- Must have sufficient knowledge on Garments accessories materials and will be responsible for foreign & local purchase of the Company,
- Search for new procurement sources and market price verification.
- Collection of quotations, preparing comparative statements, obtaining approvals, issuing purchase orders.
- Co-ordinate with factory production manager and merchandiser regarding materials supply.
- Submit all daily purchase information to accounts & admin regarding payment of supplier and approval.
- Maintain store and procurement related all materials, documents, forms, statements and hunt wastage materials.
- Maintain supplier database with supplier rating
- Track sewing, washing production and wash chemical supply status
- Work on ERP system for inventory recording, monitoring and controlling
- -Ensure the necessary accessories required for the order(s) and to ensure that 100% goods are in house before 7 days accordingly.
- Receive the required materials from the supplier and to verify quality and quantity of the materials.
- To keep proper record of received and issued of materials.
Educational Qualification:
- B. Sc in Engineering / Bachelor degree in Science ( Physics , Math ) from any reputed University.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management (PGDSCM) or Graduates in related field are getting advantage.
Work Experience:
- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Deep understanding of business principles and practices
- Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to work Under Pressure.Excellent knowledge on MS application
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
