Roles & Responsibilities:
- To comply strictly with the institutional policies and procedures conducting examinations; maintaining liaison with authorities to keep records of all official documents, minutes, agenda etc.
- To ensure and maintain strict secrecy of all information regarding the examinations; to issue transcripts to Under Graduate & Post Graduate students; keep record of Students result and ensure departmental privacy.
- To prepare and announce in advance the calendar of examinations, printing of question papers, monitoring invigilation; timely publication and displaying final results of examinations and other tests.
- To conduct examinations and tests of the university and to declare results. He/she should discharge his/her functions under the supervision, direction and guidance of the Academic Council.
- To arrange examination materials, provide instruction to the supervisory staffs and holding their meetings as and when required.
- To postpone or cancel of examination, in part or in whole, in the event of malpractices after prior approval of Vice Chancellor.
- To review from time to time, the results of university examinations and forward reports thereon to the Academic Council.
- To take disciplinary action whenever necessary against the candidates, paper setters, examiners, moderators, or any other persons connected with examinations and any other malpractices in relation to the examinations.
- To bring to the notice of the Vice Chancellor all cases of infringe of rules of examinations with full report for disposal.
- To maintain confidentiality and integrity of students academic records and manage records of alumni and drop outs.
- To practice such other powers and perform other duties as assigned by the Vice Chancellor.

Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Must have a Master or equivalent degree in any subject from a recognized University.
- Candidates who have the Ph.D. degree will get preference.

- At least 15 year(s)

Others Requirements:
- At least 15 years managerial experiences whereas 05 years as a Deputy Controller of Examinations or preferred equivalent positions at the public/private universities.
- Must have outstanding oral and writing skills in both English and Bangla.
- Management skills to work and interact with high officials.
- Good interpersonal communication skills, IT knowledge and capable of working in a computer networking environment.
- Coherent with student information systems, proper report writing, plans and budgets, student records etc.
- Ability to independent judgment, critical thinking, problem solutions and maintain confidentiality.
- Self-motivated, well behaved and humble.
