Roles & Responsibilities:
- Job Responsibilities in Maintenance:
- Ensure daily maintenance work of each machine.
- Production Planning & Implementation.
- Making improvements and offering advice about operational procedures.
- Ensuring that equipment works to its specification
- Investigating problems and diagnosing and repairing faults
- Troubleshooting, Liaising with installation/project engineers
- Supervising engineering and technical staff
- Writing reports and documentation
- Providing technical support
- Ensuring safe working conditions
- Conducting training for maintenance and operative staff where appropriate.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
- Job Responsibilities in Operation:
- Execute and maintain overall operation of classified advertisement business as per business plan.
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Develop New Formulation and Improvement of Existing Product.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Deciding & solving on daily operational matters such as sales, production, stock and distributions issues.
- Working with top management for formulating strategies, decisions and new project implementation.
- Directly working with sales growth, production capability and controlling purchase cost as their active team member for contributing value to overall business.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc Engineering in EEE/ Mechanical/ IPE, Food, Chemical from any reputed university.
- B.Sc. in Engineering with MBA will get preference.

- Age 22 to 32 years
- Excellent communication skills, analytical & problem-solving skill.
- Willingness to develop a long-term career in FMCG industry.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong team building and leadership skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good computer knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
