Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining clients accounts, preparing payment by collaborating with operations and generating reports according to management requirements.
- Collaborating with overseas clients and agents in arranging payment terms and status, making foreign payments.
- Preparing and maintaining vouchers and supporting as per business requirement.
- Collection and co-ordination of all daily, weekly and monthly financial reports generated internally from all the business units.
- Summarizing monthly generated financial reports for the management, particularly for Managing Director.
- Overseeing the personal accounts and investment portfolio of the Managing Director. Making daily report relating to investment.
- Providing additional coordination and administrative support to the MDs office.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
- An applicant with CA CC will get a preference
Work Experience:
- 2 to 4 year(s)
