Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining clients accounts, preparing payment by collaborating with operations and generating reports according to management requirements.
  • Collaborating with overseas clients and agents in arranging payment terms and status, making foreign payments.
  • Preparing and maintaining vouchers and supporting as per business requirement.
  • Collection and co-ordination of all daily, weekly and monthly financial reports generated internally from all the business units.
  • Summarizing monthly generated financial reports for the management, particularly for Managing Director.
  • Overseeing the personal accounts and investment portfolio of the Managing Director. Making daily report relating to investment.
  • Providing additional coordination and administrative support to the MDs office.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
  • An applicant with CA CC will get a preference

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 4 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Data analysis and presentation, Management coordination, Reporting, Stakeholder Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals
