Roles & Responsibilities:
- The role of Branch Manager will be extensive in a wide range of activities that ensure smooth functioning of the day to day banking operations and services to the customers;
- The prime focus of the post will be to achieve the business target in terms of liability, asset, and profit through quality business booking and maintenance of the customer relationships, therefore, keeping the flow of healthy portfolio for the branch;
- Optimize branch P&L and balance sheet performance as well as other financial KPIs through acquiring low-cost liability;
- Maintain a high-quality portfolio as per the companys risk appetite and achieve or exceed business targets;
- Oversee execution of development of the staff through training and development curriculum. Apply empowerment rules, patronize rewards and recognition programs and career paths for branch staff;
- Ensure compliance of execution of service, transaction processing in line with regulatory and bank policies;
- Ensure a culture of compliance;
- Nurture the branch colleagues through daily counseling, monitoring, coaching, and appropriate management;
- Adherence to AML & CFT guidelines in doing day-to-day banking operations; act as the BAMLCO.
Educational Qualification:
- Four years graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record;
Work Experience:
- At least 8 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on banking experience in any bank or financial institution;
- At least two-year experiences as Branch Manager will have added advantages;
- A clear understanding of core risk guidelines of central bank;
- Good knowledge of local banking laws, regulations, and negotiable instrument act;
- Proactive and driven to achieve set targets and service standards;
- Ability to lead a dynamic team and keen to develop others.
- Master in customer centricity, self-propelled and capability to exceed assigned
