Roles & Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing all export strategies.
• Coordination with foreign dealers and liaison with others official.
• To supervise and follow up the work of sales staff and export team.
• Implementing, developing and improving policy related to export operation.
• Coordination with production team, IT team, bank and others related affiliation.
• Drafting and issuing various kind of documents.
• Informing management to resolve any issue and to implement new policy.
• Preparing training module and providing training to sales personnel.
• Preparing an effective business plan for all projects to achieve the desired target.
• Monitoring all sales transactions and reviewing all customer response for all orders and payments.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Computer Literacy Fluency in English speaking and writing, Problem Solving

Work Experience:

• 10 to 12 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  

  Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in export. Must be conversant in English and Bengali language both in writing and speaking. Must have adequate knowledge in emailing/internet browsing, export documentation and entire procedure of export. Experience in furniture exportation will get preference. People failing to meet required Experience Need Not Apply.
