Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials and actively involve in developing curriculum.
- Evaluate students assignments and written works.
- Address the curriculum development and do the needful accordingly.
- Conduct teachers training - needs analysis, planning and implementation of training modules.
- All academic responsibilities related to students exam, parents dealing and other duties as the position requires.
- Assist the In-charges, teachers and Admin staff on the content/ curriculum modules, their usage, applicability and also the other duties as the position requires (All Classes).
- Active participation in School events.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Others Requirements:
- Background with O level & A level will be given preference.
- Higher education or B.Ed/ M.Ed will be given preference.
- Excellent written & spoken English.
- Good Management skill.
- Ability to handle job pressure.
- Computer proficiency.
