Roles & Responsibilities:

• Planning and preparing courses and lessons. Maintaining up to date subject knowledge related to the respective class
• Candidates should be well versed with English, Mathematics, Bangla, General Knowledge, Analytical ability , ICT, International Affairs subjects
• Be proactively involved in teaching students any of the mentioned subjects.
• Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupils educational needs.
• Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class. Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned to him/her.
• Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere.
• Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students.
• Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students as per the requirement / need arises.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
• Candidates that completed BBA/MBA from IBA, MBM from BIBM as well as from any other reputed University.
• Candidates that have successfully complete BCS exam or hold any Govt. teaching job or have deep knowledge about such subjects will get preference.
• Candidates that are studying BBA/MBA in IBA or any other reputed institution but have adequate knowledge and expertise in the relevant position can apply.
• Candidates with past experience of teaching/instructing relevant topics/subjects.
• Candidates those are currently working in Banks, Financial Corporations.
• Candidates those secured top merit list positions in the recent Bank Recruitment examinations or BCS or MBA exams
• Skills Required: Analytical ability, Bangla, English (Language), General Knowledge, International Affairs, Mathematics

  • A person specialized in teaching or have expertise in Math or English or ICT or GK or Bangla or Analytical ability will get preference.

  • Candidates with a habit of continuous self learning will be preferred.
  • Must possess excellent presentation and English communication skills.
