Roles & Responsibilities:

• Take and ensure strategic planning, supervising and managing the project effectively and efficiently.
• Have capabilities to maintain liaison with PGCB/PDB/WDB / Environment/labor/local authorities and other related authorities.
• Meet COD targets in schedule time.
• Develop and ensure people handling management.
• Look after all schedules of electrical, mechanical department and other relevant departments.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedule of all concerned departments of the project to minimize expenses.
• Makes strategy for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
• Build up proper system to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians.
• Ensure sound and adequate trained employees workplace by proper training and development.
• Prepare yearly maintenance budget, monitor budget adherence with actual controlling cost and reducing spares consumption.
• Ensure safe, sound and helpful working environment through discussion, motivation and team work.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from reputed public university
• Skills Required: Electrical Engineering, Excellent Presentation Skills, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Mechanical Engineering, Motivational skill, Project Management/ Co-ordinator

Work Experience:

• At least 10 year(s)
