Roles & Responsibilities:
- The role will be primarily accountable for the followings:
- Manage day-to-day technical aspects of the final winding operations; providing expertise, encouragement whilst ensuring teamwork, aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets, objectives and employee engagement in a motivated work environment.
- Ensure that the work force work allocations are managed, they are trained and skilled to perform their duties in an efficient and safe manner with a view to achieving set KPIs.
- Manage the troubleshooting of adhoc, process and equipment related problems to ensure production levels are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, quality and environmental management policies.
- Ensure compliance to all SOPs, IE standards through systematic audits with all none compliance actioned and raised with the departmental manager.
- Ensure action plans are developed in consultation with the departmental manager that are aimed at underpinning non-compliance and under performance.
- Encourage employees in the function to embrace change, understand and follow new processes and procedures put in place, in order to achieve the objectives of the organization.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account Coats best practice, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in Engineering in any discipline from reputed university
Work Experience:
- 1 to 5 year(s)
