Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales of the Smart Meter solutions (Electricity, Gas, Water, IoT) to set up market share with some Utilities across the Bangladesh market.
- Lead commercial efforts and Build Sales Team across Bangladesh to aggressively develop the business.
- Work autonomously within an organization that has the mindset of a start-up.
- Develop new leads in coordination with the Sales Department and the Products Departments
- Enhance the company position with some existing customers in the existing portfolio
- Build action plans to grow the business in Bangladesh.
- Identify a communications strategy based on the significant innovations already deployed on key markets across the world.
- Develop tactical initiatives to ensure quick revenue growth.
- Perform sales and inventory reporting.
Educational Qualification:
- Post Graduate in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University
Work Experience:
- At least 10 year(s)

- Exceptional commercial credentials with demonstrable ability to generate revenue streams with significant experience interacting and negotiating at C-Level.
- Proven personal experience in establishing revenue growth.
- Ability to create a strong impact at executive level and build strong long term credibility.
- Demonstrate abilities to be a charismatic leader, a great achiever.
- Flexibility to work at multicultural environment.
- Deep understanding and well connected with the Operators.
- Native in Bangla, Fluent in English; knowledge in Arabic would be a plus.
- Minimum Experience 10 Years of which 3 in Managerial and decision making post.
- Competitive knowledge of Energy Utilities ecosystem
- Knowledge of product technology such as Smart Meter solutions (Meters and System) is essential.
