Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning for Digital Banking both for Internet Banking (IB) and Mobile Banking (MB) and all other alternative delivery channel
  • Expanding online channel to reach more customers and to grab more new customers, new business scope
  • Developing strategies to hunt new business in collaboration with other companies
  • Develop and implement all advanced digital marketing campaigns e.g. Pay-per-click (PPC)/Pay-Per-Performance (PPP), Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Search Engine Optimization(SEO), Email Marketing, Send Marketing Messages (SMS) campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities
  • Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Conduct research on market trends, brands audiences and competitors, utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Planning and controlling of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies and media experts to improve marketing results
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
  • Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing or related field
  • Any degree or diploma in Graphic arts, Design, Communications, Fine Arts will have added advantage

Work Experience:

  • 6 to 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising position
  • Advanced skill in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw)
  • Any professional certification on web development and IT is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Strong decision-making skills
